By Car

Route 1 from M62

The easiest way to get to the College is to come off the M62 at junction 25. Follow the signs towards Mirfield. You'll invariably come to a queue of traffic at Cooper Bridge Roundabout. Fork left just after The Three Nuns pub and follow the signs towards Leeds. Take the first right after the Little Chef (Stocks Bank Road - Signed to Battyeford and CR House). We're about a mile down this road on your right recognisable by the high stone wall and large black iron railing gates).  Parking is up the drive on the left - please don't park outside the main building. .

Route 2 from M1

Leave the M1 at Junction 40.  Take the A638 to Dewsbury then follow the signs for Huddersfield - A644 until you get to Mirfield.  Go through Mirfield, past the shops until you reach the 40mph zone.  Continue along the road until you see a sign to Battyeford.  Turn right here (almost directly opposite the Indian restaurant 'Maze 'n Jair') into Stocksbank Road.  Drive up the hill, passing the Airdale Heifer pub, the phone box and bus stop (all on the left).  Almost immediately after the bus stop turn left into the entrance to the Mirfield Centre, recognisable by the high stone wall and large black iron railing gates).  Parking is up the drive on the left - please don't park outside the main building.

By Train or Bus

The nearest station is Mirfield which is a mile from the Mirfield Centre. Leaving the station, walk uphill on Station Road toward Mirfield town centre. Turn left onto Huddersfield Road, at the traffic lights. Walk approximately 1/2 mile (past the caravan showroom and the Indian restaurant Maze 'n Jair) to Stocksbank Road which branches off to the right. Continue uphill on Stocksbank Road and the College will be on your left almost at the brow of the hill.

Express trains do not stop at Mirfield but you can get connecting services from Leeds, Wakefield Westgate and Huddersfield. It is also possible to get local buses from Leeds and Huddersfield.

From Huddersfield station, turn left out of the station, cross the main road at the traffic lights, and catch bus Nos 201, 202, 203 and ask for Nab Lane P.O. The journey takes about 30 minutes.

From Wakefield station, turn right out of the station and then left into Westgate, walk about 350 yards, heading towards the Bull Ring, straight across the road at the traffic lights into Union Street where the bus station is situated. Bus No 250 takes you past the College, asking for Nab Lane PO. The journey would normally take about an hour.
